I like the Zara brand, but this store is disappointing.We noticed that the quality of things has become worse. And they are simply not worth the prices they have.There are good discounts on clothes and shoes, but this is very rare.I really like Zara perfume. Always great smells.Sometimes when we go into a store, things are scattered everywhere, dirty.The attitude of the staff is sometimes frustrating because they look at you as if they think you are going to steal something, when you enter the locker room the attitude is even worse.Prices have gone up, but store cleanliness, standards and service have gone down.

Great place to stand outside for 45 minutes while the wife is shopping . You can feed pigeons , Starbucks just a stone's throw away and it's under cover , it was pissing down and I stayed dry !

One of the worst store always 10 people on the queue and person on the till. Worst of all, in front of me there is a old ladies straggling more due to waiting time. Zara get your s..th straight people don?t have all day to wait.

Awful customer experience as ever with Zara. Was told a dress was reduced to £9.99 by a member of staff only to queue up for 15 minutes to be told it is £19.99. Manager would not honour what I was told

I received excellent customer service from Anna today at the Trafford store. Smiled at me and genuinely wanted to assist with my order. So so helpful which in this store is not usually the norm. Anna enjoys and likes helping customers, you could see that. When next in the store I will be looking for her especially. Thank you Anna ?

I love Zara, but this one is so unwelcomming. Majority of staff seems grumpy and only barking at you what not to do, mess in the shop, airconditioning so low that difficult to take cloths of.

The worst Zara store I've ever been to. I have two pieces that I left due to a size change over a month ago. I have gone to the store three times and my product does not arrive and the staff only says that I must wait for my money to be returned. They should look for people to solve, how is it possible that nobody deals with customer service effectively.

Leaving this post for a 2nd time as Zara obviously didn't like what I had to say about their terrible in-store paperless return policy, terrible so-called "customer service", and how they turn a blind-eye to staff stealing returned merchandise! They deleted my original post! How many of you have had this happen to you? I returned 5 items (that were purchased online) to the Fairview Mall store in Toronto on April 6th. I was only credited for 4 items! I have been calling Zara for over a month and each time they say I will hear back in 24-48 hours, and I NEVER hear back from them. Today I received an email stating that as there was no discrepancy in their store stock, they don't owe me anything and that the case is closed! Obviously their store staff have figured out a way to rip off customers and get away with it! Zara no longer provides a paper receipt and only promises that you will receive an email to confirm returned items (which sometimes takes hours to receive, if at all, and in my case minus 1 item!). Zara is putting the onus on customers to prove merchandise has been returned! People - PRINT A COPY OF YOUR EMAIL ORDER AND MAKE SURE YOU DEMAND THAT THE CASHIER SIGN YOUR EMAIL FOR EVERY ITEM THAT YOU RETURN. DO NOT BLINDLY TRUST AND BELIEVE THAT YOU WILL GET YOUR MONEY BACK!
