“We’ve been in this store a number of times to get clothes for our grandchildren. Today, a great choice of clothes (as usual) and an extremely helpful member of staff. The young woman was helpful and pleasant and, in a world where customer service is generally declining, she knows how it should be done. I’m generally quick to criticise, so on this occasion I’ll be quick to praise!”
