“Visited Richer Sounds Chester with my Mum today and had a great experience. Her TV of 5 years had broken and she was given a credit note to the value after their repair team deemed it unfixable. Chris had the perfect opportunity to upsell to us as neither of us know anything about TVs but he was extremely honest and told us we'd picked a great option. No hassle, no pressure, he kindly carried the TV to the car (in the rain!) and we were in and out within about 10 minutes. I will now never shop anywhere else for TV and sound equipment! Thank you, Richer Sounds!”

“Really working hard to win on pricing which makes a big difference when you spend a lot. The website search is pretty awful, especially if you are using a mobile phone.I do have seem to have quite a few issues with mis-picks so check your order before leaving the store. But overall they get 95% of my business on tidbits etc.”

“Unbelievable customer service, flexibility, and quality of cabinets is superb. We have the large hall cupboard & more recently, a kitchen larder cupboard, both of which we are delighted with. The units are solid, excellent finish & look fantastic. I’ve never done a google review before but honestly cannot praise this company enough.”

“Wow, what a completely different experience!!I had come to simply “tolerate” B&Q as a way to get the paint I needed for projects. Not anymore! Their product range and availability has improved beyond recognition. Chester is now a place that’s enjoyable to shop, and is great for inspiration for your next project. Better still you can find staff and not only are they happy to help you find what you need, they are knowledgeable and can give you suggestions on the best product to use for a particular job.I will be shopping here for all future diy projects I cannot recommend them highly enough! “Not the biggest car park though can park in front of boots. A great place to shop with brilliant prices, friendly staff and easy to walk around. Just try to go and non peak times as can get quite busy and the queues can be quite long.”
