“Visited Richer Sounds Chester with my Mum today and had a great experience. Her TV of 5 years had broken and she was given a credit note to the value after their repair team deemed it unfixable. Chris had the perfect opportunity to upsell to us as neither of us know anything about TVs but he was extremely honest and told us we'd picked a great option. No hassle, no pressure, he kindly carried the TV to the car (in the rain!) and we were in and out within about 10 minutes. I will now never shop anywhere else for TV and sound equipment! Plus paying the extra £10 to have it built is well worth it as you know it's put together right and no big boxes to try and get rid of ?”

“The store was well laid out and plenty of choice.However my colleague wanted to see an optician for advice. They were triaged and charged £25, after seeing the practitioner they were told that they couldn't really be helped due to having a Welsh postcode and to see someone when they got home. You'd have thought as my colleagues accent gives them away as being from South Wales that the person on the till would have asked where they were registered with the NHS before hand. My colleague understandably felt a bit done!”
