I had a warm welcome a hot drink offered and friendly and helpful assistants they did have difficulty processing my order and credit card which meant I had to return to the store and put my card in the machine no problem. Warren the store assistant was a delight my thanks to him.

We phoned to find out if the store could help us with purchasing a mattress immediately and Warren was really helpful in searching for what we wanted.
