I am so cross! My little grandson aged 6 spent his £3 pocket money on 2 jigsaws today. One was 3 x 49 pieces and one was 100 pieces. He's staying with me tonight so he wanted us to do them together. Every jigsaw had pieces missing. The 100 piece one had 22 missing and all 3 of the smaller ones had at least 5 missing each! He was so upset and I'm really annoyed. If the staff don't have time to check a puzzle is complete, perhaps they need to only accept puzzles that the donor guarantees is complete. If it wasn't a charity shop I'd go straight back in the morning but obviously because it is a charity shop I don't feel I can can! c

Be warned! Actual closing time is around 4:30pm.Looks like a great shop, however although it says online and in the shop door that they close at 5pm, they actually close at 4:30pm. We turned up at 4:40pm and were told that they were closed for tidying. Get there a bit early if you plan on getting in. Hopefully the shop can update their times online and in the door as wellEdit: Had a friendly message from Jess at BHF and have emailed them about this. Hopefully the details can be updated!

Well organised assortment of books that allows you to find exactly what you're looking for. Neat and tidy charity shop.

Probably the nicest charity shop in Chester. BHF stores are always tidy and stock is displayed to a high standard. Prices are reasonable too.
