I t was a pleasure to work with this estate agent, they secured the sale of my property and were always looking for ways to market the property if enquiries became slow - used virtual designs of how the home could look through their contacts which was reasonable and delivered the results I needed.Their customer service was brilliant, always kept me updated and found out any answers I required mainly during the sales process.I mainly dealt with Margaret and Emma who were always on hand to deal with my queries and kept the process running smoothly.Would have no hesitation in recommending you to others. It was really refreshing to have a pleasant and welcoming experience with Stephenson Browne. Other estate agents we have contacted have been good but SB exceed massively. We had a mixture of Beth and Carla supporting us, with both being approachable and helpful, despite an unforeseen delay with move in date at no fault of themselves. A superb experience overall, thank you!

The agency and i have maintained a business relationship for over ten years. I have rented my portfolio through the lettings side, and i have both bought and sold through the sales agents. I have bought and sold property through the agency too. I cant recommend them highly enough.

Another great experience selling a home with Stephenson Browne, the team at the Alsager branch were exceptional. First class service from initial enquiry, valuation, quality of property listing and photography, handling viewings, securing a sale, through to exchange and completion. Excellent communication at all times, which for me is one of the most important aspects of an estate agent.Many thanks to all at Alsager!

I would just like to say how impressed I was with the service offered by Stephenson Browne. I rang them to book a viewing at a property I am interested in. I spoke to a lovely lady name Tracy Jackson. There were some questions I needed answering and Tracy answered my queries without hesitation. The viewing was at very short notice but Tracy arranged it for me within 10 minutes of me ringing. She was very pleasant and polite. Thank you Tracy for your lovely service.

Selling through Alsager Stephenson Browne was great. The valuation was flawless and totally honest. The office was then very helpful.I wouldn't recommend purchasing with the Congleton office, very poor management causing me to lose a lot of money in searches and surveys, I actually avoided looking at any houses that were being sold through Stephenson Browne in this area.
