If I could give 0 stars I would. This is such a terrible company with an even worse aftercare team. I am in the middle of a dispute which has been going on for 4 months now! I bought some lovely boots in the black friday sale back in November, these boots were then delivered and left on my doorstep my the courier. Unfortunately once I returned home the boots were no where to be seen. I reported this to Coggles, the gentleman on the phone was very helpful in helping me get a replacement pair sent out. This pair then took weeks to come, once the parcel arrived THE INCORRECT BOOTS were in the box, I proceeded to report this to Coggles and they said the would send a replacement out again but of the correct boots this time. I then waiting for a week or so, the parcel arrived and THE INCORRECT BOOTS were in the box for the second time. At this point I was over the boots and the terrible service from Coggles and decided to send the boots back for a refund. After 3 weeks I called to query if Coggles had received the goods and if my refund was being processed, Mia from the customer service team advised that the boots had been received in the warehouse and that she would process my refund and it was take between 3 and 7 working days. 10 days had gone by and I still hadn?t received the refund, I call to query this and Shaun from customer service advised me that the finance department had rejected my refund with no explanation???? Strange. Shaun then requested the refund again and advised for their 3-7 business day process. We are now on 23rd March and I have been advised that the refund was rejected once more and that they do not actually have the goods? Sorry but something seems ridiculously odd about this company. They are now refusing to refund me, Coggles have my money and also have the returned goods. STAY CLEAR!!!

Fraud - no refund upon return.Worst online experience ever, and I see that other users have had the same issue. I made a return in January using the return portal directly offered by Coggles (paying for the return label, by the way). According to the tracking, the return was delivered, but there is no trace of the refund. I have contacted customer support countless times, each time speaking to a different person, who asks me to provide all the data each time (which they seemingly do not have!) and they ask me to wait a few days for verification. This cycle has repeated for over a month now; my return has clearly been lost, and they refuse to take responsibility, in addition to not issuing the refund. I will report this to the authorities.

I bought a T-shirt as a gift for February 14th, the T-shirt arrived stained! I submitted a request on February 12th and 13th to solve this problem... and still have not received a response. waiting for a response 5 days! I have never seen worse service for premium products. If I don't get a solution to my problem now, I will go higher.

Terrible customer service! Dress is faulty. I?ve been trying to get details to return dress and confirmation postage will be compensated for for two weeks. I?ve tried customer service, messenger and Instagram. And no one is giving me the response I need!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!If I could give them minus 5 I would.I ordered a pair of shoes in the sale which were listed as cheaper here than anywhere else, back in June of this year, paid for next day delivery. I was so pleased when my package arrived on time, excitedly opened the branded shoebox with the image of the shoe ordered on the side, only to find a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT SHOE in the box.After repeated attempts to try to speak to someone, I succumbed to returning the package recorded delivery, at my own expense hoping a refund would be processed. 3 months later, I?m still waiting for my refund. I?ve given up on chasing it and chalked it up as a lesson learnt to never order from here. I?ve simple come on here to leave a review to stop others from making the mistake of ordering from here.

I purchased two shoes of varying sizes. Clearly, the company has enhanced their refund process. It's now both transparent and swift. In my experience, I got my refund within one business day after they got my package.

All perfect!! Thank you. I got my beautiful bag with the higher discount on the market 24 hours after placing the order.I do not understand the negative reviews. The shopping experience was great and I could call and speak with an agent only after a three minute wait. Please do not hesitate to order from this company. Best wishes!

Absolutely bad service! I got the wrong item delivered on my mothers birthday, and they wouldn?t exchange it as they were out it stock by that time!Did not provide any alternative but to return and refund, no arrangement or alternatives provided.We were so excited to receive our shoes, firstly waste to time ordering, then a waste of time returning and then pathetic service.Even the manager did not help solve this! Please do not use this website! Very sadDate of experience: 18 July 2023
