Does not even deserve 1 star??The staff are rude, intimidating and they hardly ever give you your FULL prescription.Check the price they charge & medication before leaving the pharmacy.

Most horrible pharmacy in a city. Once they told they lost prescription. But after angry conversation tey find. Always need wait an hours hours or even a week for prescription. They took prescription afer say back in one hour I need wait again more than hour and after I ask just back my prescription they say no you need wait more in a horrible line. Please people do not go there. Please not making a job for them so they could be rethinking. Please use others it is so many in a city. Someone must fix then job. In Bretton boots much more people and tbey mush faster always. I will never ever ever use it again.

This place is a joke! Rang in the morning to confirm and make sure that prescription is ready and again! Had to wait 40 minutes because someone was on lunch! Disgusted with this place!

Actually harder to call these than doctors. Always asked to wait an hour for prescription, week in week out. no end of wasted journeys. Probably the worst service I?ve had ever from any business.

Now because of this place we have smack heads waiting around the estate for there methadone in the early hrs.don't try and ring this place, you can call them while in the building and not here the phone ring.

I?m back to edit my one star.. to say? NOT EVEN ONE STAR!! Don?t go here! They NEVER answer the phone. They NEVER have my meds in stock.. even the simplest as ?birth control? I have wasted so much of my time & my husbands time going back a forth trying to solve issues. That they could solve -IF- THEY WOULD EVER ANSWER THE PHONE? do us all a favor and close down your doors. You clearly don?t care about your customers and make everyone feel more like a burden, then running a business? FINALLY CHANGED PHARMACY.. the one on Lincoln Rd. has good reviews.. so before you think its just people complaining online.. ask yourself this. How did other pharmacies get good reviews??? Hummm.. maybe by actually doing their job.(ORIGINAL REVIEW 2020)I hate leaving bad reviews.. but the staff I had an interaction with was terribly rude, very blank stares. They also charged me when it was covered..I have my husband pick up my meds now cause I cant be asked.
