I have such a high regard for the staff here; they've been my local pharmacy for a while and I've never had an issue with them. The staff have always been so wonderful and helpful when I've had an issue, their medical knowledge is wonderful and they speak so nicely to you when you have an issue, and they have a wonderful way of making you feel less anxious and such when you have a minor medical issue. I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone local, give them a go, and see how it works for you.

Went after work to get my prescription which was urgent, got there at 17:47 to find the pharmacy had the shutters down, lights off, and no staff to be seen even though they supposedly close at 6. This seems to happen very regularly.

So, I've had my prescriptions from here for around 40 years, due to being at Westwood clinic all that time, and recently, for some unknown reason, my prescription ended up somewhere else. I was without medication for almost a week while I tried to track it down.Finally figured it out, and called them. Melissa, what a shining star she is!! Understood what I wanted, sorted things for me, got me back on track, and is such a 'sweetie!' that I felt so much better after chatting to her. Have gotten things back on track now, and am back where I should be. Thank you Melissa, you are a real diamond!!

Store appearance is bright, clean and clear of obstructions. Staff are attentive and knowledgeable. Product range is fair and priced for convenience.
