I felt I must comment on the first class service I had from Andrei and his younger colleague who’s name I didn’t catch (a young lad looking to adopt a collie dog) the service I received was absolutely amazing.
I had a very unhelpful and bad service experience from Tesco serpentine green and walked out of the shop it was that bad. These 2 guys at the Three Peterborough branch however were the complete opposite. Extremely helpful chatty, patient and very courteous. Thank you to both of you, you did a great job.
Maybe the Tesco guys could take a leaf from your book.
Not being very technical minded they still made me feel really comfortable.
You are both stars.

Terrible service from Three over the phone.... text to switch also didn't work. A long drive to Peterborough to see Andre who sorted a PAC code out quickly, efficiently and in a professional manner. Won't be using Three again but the Peterborough Store are doing a great job. Thanks Andre

Clean and modern shop with incredibly passionate and informative staff who helped me decide on a phone that was much better (and cheaper!) than the one I originally intended to buy. Happy with the service and quality of the product I received.

I've had so many different problems when it comes to this company.\\n\\nthey are badly designed for in the way they do things, not allowing contract upgrades/switch overs in store. not properly cancelling contracts when you ask them to and refusing to send confirmation emails to confirm the contract has ended.to completely changing your contract and charging you more for a worser contract then the one you already had. not being able to easily cancel a contract through the my3 website, considering the day and age we live in, this should be simple and easy not feel like a battle every time you want to cancel a contract.\\n\\nThe contact centre don't understand what they are doing half the time and are prone to messing things up or not understanding what you are telling them.\\n\\nI can't speak on how badly over phone providers are but for all the time I've been with three it's been a hassle to do things.

Ketan was so helpful today and sorted out all the problems I had (as we are not techy enough to sort ourself) in about 20 mins. We always find all the staff extremely friendly and helpful; a good reason to stay with three. When we recently changed phones and then went in for a new protective cover had same high level of service, so not a one off. Have found the staff in this shop consistently good over a period of time.

We visited this store today for assistance with a problem on a new broadband package purchased over the phone. The Assistant Manager who dealt with us could not have been more helpful and courteous in explaining how we should be using the package we had purchased. Many thanks for the help.
