Not happy with the customer service I have buy 2 same product but when I check my receipt it?s showing on receipt they charged me for 3 product instead of 2.so it?s worth to check the receipt while you r still in the shop.

Good selection of items, usually the other express store I go to due to the distance from my house. They have a good variety of items and I am usually able to find something similar even if I can not find the exact item. The opening timings are quite helpful as well.

Some of the female staff in this shop are just not friendly helpful or welcoming. After three and a half years of living in the area I've now started buying from the local family run shop where the people care about the business and how it's customers feel and about their shops reputation and standing in the local community.

I just bought an item from Tesco, Oundle, but having arrived home, opened the item I realised it was not correct. I had no receipt so went straight back to exchange/return.I was given the correct item in exchange, even though it had been opened, and also refunded the £5 difference in price. Absolutely outstanding service, cannot recommend any better place to shop in Oundle. Very happy customer.
