For years, I've been a devoted patron of this store, alongside my family, children, and friends, each of us spending around £700 per month. It's with a heavy heart and profound disappointment that I share an experience that has deeply shaken my loyalty.This wasn't the first time I've encountered issues here, but it's certainly the last straw. On my recent visit, a female employee attempted to undercharge me £5.74 instead of the correct £9.50. When I pointed out this mistake in good faith, hoping for a simple fix, the situation quickly spiralled. Not only was I faced with an attempt to overcharge me additionally for items I'd already partly paid for, but the staff's blunt confirmation of this extra charge was baffling. The absurdity escalated when I was informed I couldn't purchase a commonly sold 4-pack item due to a nonsensical policy prohibiting its refund and repurchase.Expecting my honesty to lead to a straightforward resolution, I was instead met with a distressing scenario. A cashier attempted to further overcharge me by £1.74, followed by an aggressive intervention from a younger male colleague, half my age, who confusedly accused me of only paying £1.99 plus £4 for part of my purchase. My reasonable request for a full transaction refund was met with rude rejections and illogical excuses regarding the 4-pack I wished to buy.The ordeal reached its peak when a staff member, dubbed a "math guru," egregiously miscalculated the final amount, resulting in me inadvertently paying 25p less than what was due. This error, though in my financial favour, underscored a significant deficiency in basic mathematical skills and attention to detail, signalling a profound lack of competence and professionalism.I'm baffled as to how the saleswoman still works at the store, considering she consistently undercharges for multipacks, causing ongoing losses. It's surprising that her repeated mistakes, affecting the store's profits, haven't been addressed yet.This recent incident has left me exceedingly disappointed and questioning the store's operational integrity. Enough is enough. After years of loyalty and overlooking previous mishaps, enduring such treatment and witnessing a glaring absence of basic mathematical comprehension is utterly disheartening.The situation culminated with the cashier's condescending remark, "Here's your refund of £1.99. Now you've got it cheaper, and I'm done with you," behaving as if he was doing me a favour by finally charging me the correct amount. This attitude, as if gracing me with the correct total was a generous act, was the final insult. With regret, I must say that this store has irrevocably lost not only my business but also that of my family and friends.

every time I go to buy something that costs 1 Pound the salesman tells me £ 1.50 or £ 2. check this shop !!! the prices displayed are lower but when they go to scannarizare the prices inflate, be careful in this shop

Just had an amazing service from these guys I had to deliver a package quick via a 3rd party provider and they are the drop off point. I'm travelling so dosn't have the right docs printed but they went out the way to make sure the parcel went ok. Thanks so much.

Reasonable prices, some things can be expensive for what they are but also have some good deals. Opening and closing times are decent.
