Extremely slow service. I have 3 people coming and asking me on the que the same questions and they all said I have to wait for the desk service. There was a que of 10 people and 1 staff member on the desk. A simple 5 min task took nearly 1.5 hours of waiting. How is this still happening in a bank in 21 century.

They were easily approachable and ever ready to assist in anyway. I loved their services. It took me just 4minutes to open an active account with Lloyds.

A blonde lady with a very rude and disrespectful behaviour.I?ve been with Lloyds for quite some time being a platinum member, and this lady was so racist when she found out i was not born in UK.This needs to be addressed

Never have problem before, till yesterday. I want withdraw money from account , but Lloyds was unable to do that because cash delivery was missing in The morning. It would be understandable if not one new young conceited lloyds employee, which was very fascinated that he can't give me my Money. Definitly Young man you have to learn respect to customer. ;)

I must say I am a satisfied customer. I went to this branch and the gentleman I spoke to solved my inquiry in a very fast way. I needed to find a specific transaction dated from 3 years ago although I'm no longer a customer he was able to find my old account and my payment. He printed and stamped it for me. Great stuff.

Had to wait 30 minutes for a 5 minute meeting. Lloyds really need to employ more people because there always seems to be a long line of people just WAITING.Also, tell your staff members not to have mothers meetings. They just stand around and chat huddled in a circle when the bank is so busy.This was my first experience there and it was bad.

VERY BAD experience!!! We was today for taking some cash from our accounts and there been some old lady which made us feeling like some suspected in crime. Asking more than 30 minutes for some transactions due to account verification checks even when we give the debit card, id card and thousands more answers. After 40 minutes we have the cash ( we talking for some 100bucks)but left with the feeling like we been some rubbish there. Going to withdrawal our savings and going to different bank, anyway was not the first time so enough already. YOU NEED TO UNDERSTAND THAT GUYS - THATS OUR MONEY NOT YOURS, DONT MAKE US TO LOOK LIKE WE ASKING FOR LOAN WHEN IS GOING FOR SAVINGS.
