We came in to try and set up a student account for my son. We were dealt with by Vulcan and I can?t thank him enough. He was very thorough, talked us through the whole process really patiently and was also really chatty and pleasant. Thanks so much, both of us were very grateful for his help!

This branch is never open, I have no idea why I bank with these muppets.Been to town a few times to talk to someone and it's always bloody closed.

Poor service. It took me 50mins to get my bank statements printed and full of misleading information. The lady in the front desk said: everyone is busy and please take a seat . It is like a hospital and no disruptions in the middle ?even the situation is that I was there for 20mins already and had been told only need 10mins to get it fixed!!!

Is it normal for a customer to mop your floors??2 kids spilled water on the floor while waiting.Sarah (Racist hsbc employee) ordered the mother of the kids to mop the floor ,gave her a mop and a bucket?The lady felt embarrassed and cleanedThis is because the customer lady and her family were not English

Supposed to have a safeguard review appointment over the phone and of course they never bothered to call! Now have to wait till the 1st March (at thats at the earliest) to have this safeguard review appointment. In the meantime I?m not able to transfer money or even access my money. How I?m supposed to pay my bills and go food shopping for the next 2 months god only knows. Absolutely shocking and disgraceful.

Attempted to pay money in to my first direct (HSBC) account, first I tried the machine to save time and the machine didn't support a first direct card for this. So I then went to the counter where 2 staff members where stood chatting to each other to then be told they cannot pay money in on a Saturday!! So the idea of them even being open on a Saturday is in my opinion worthless if they are not able to supply what I would say is the most simple of tasks? How does this situation help people who cannot get to the depot during the week?

Just had the most unpleasant experience ever in a bank. I could not make a deposit today! Yes ladies and gentlemen, you got it right. It was unsuccessful because of the ladies in the cashier (two of them) did not have access/authorization to perform the task.You know, I can't stop thinking, what is the ABC of the banking system? Isn't it to withdraw money? To make a deposit? Yes, I could not do it today. Unbelievable.

On Friday I was at the HSBC bank in Peterborough. I would like to thank Ms. Jaworska for her friendly and professional service. My wife and I are very happy and grateful. Makes me want to go back to that bank.We highly recommend this bank.

My first time into the branch was quite pleasant. Han and Kinnu were helpful regarding closing my flexi saver pot and how long it?ll take because of the interest paid into my account. I went before 10am so I was seen to quite quicklyHowever, I took 1 star off because I don?t understand why the enquiries queue is so close to the entrance. Would be nicer if it was a bit further into the branch so I weren?t standing between the automatic doors

The machine for deposits stopped working whilst I was depositing so I had to wait 2 hours to get this resolved. This I can understand however the attitude of the 2 of the staff was unacceptable. One kept telling other customers ?the machine isn?t working as a customer has broken it?The manager was nice but really needs to get on top of rude staff such as this woman!
