Harvester was lovely. Went for lunch, salad by was fresh, food was lovely and quick. Our server jade was friendly and attentive. Will definitely be back! Harvester is always a great place.

Ordered combos, burnt ribs and sweetcorn which was soggy (boiled for 2 hours?), service was good. Definitely gone downhill.Edit: spoke to server who changed the ribs, also told her about sweetcorn but could not be bothered having them changed as well. On the plus side the chips were good.

We visited the Pavilions Harvester on Sunday Evening after booking a table for 5 at 6pm for Mother?s Day, the restaurant was busy upon arrival, and I was thinking in the back of my mind this could be long night waiting for our meals and bad service?..We was shown to our table promptly by the manager, it was a window table with plenty of room? my 5 year old daughter was given a crayon pack to keep her amused and then our server Katie came to take our drinks order, which she returned with within 5 minutes and by that time we had decided what food we was ordering?.it?s always good when the waitress doesn?t have a long list of unavailable items?.Everything was available and wasn?t told there was a wait for food?.We went up to the salad bar where everything looked fresh and was plentiful?starters arrived not long after and didn?t have to wait very long for our mains either?Katie asked if we needed anything else and also returned a couple of minutes after our meals had been served to ask if all was ok?the table was cleared promptly and puddings were served?overall a enjoyable evening with great food and very good service?.thankyou and well done on what looked like a very busy day.. We look forward to seeing you again soon.

Beware of this place and the horrible manager.I booked a table for 2 people by phone the day before we were visiting. I specifically requested a table adjacent to the salad bar because of a relative having limited mobility and this was confirmed by the male who answered.On arrival, it soon transpired that we were being placed nowhere near the salad bar and almost as far away as they could do so.After speaking to a waiter, I Spoke to the current Manager (Lee who interjected the conversation) who advised me he had us booked as party of 3, no mention of disability and my request and insisted he was the only male on site the day before when I booked it and didn?t take my call. I suggested that could he possibly have been in the toilet at the time and i spoke to someone else and explained the above but he insisted very abruptly that he was not as definitely no other males on site. I was very annoyed with his attitude and said we would leave to which he said we had best leave because it was obvious we were going to complain. Got that bit right didn?t you Lee! Nasty man and clearly wanted to fill the tables with larger groups over customer service.My husband and I used to visit the restaurant regularly but the food portions got smaller and the quality poorer. Only visited this time because my mum doesn?t get out a lot and likes the mini lamb ribs.Wont be visiting ever again cos the current Manager is not pleasant at all. He needs to go back to learning how to be open, honest and pleasant to customers and to admit when they have made a mistake and potentially needs disability discrimination training.March 24
