“I’ve been using B &Q for years out of habit & recently changed to Wickes as prices were & are so much cheaper. Cost is not the only reason why I am & have returned multiple times in the last week. I had a major project of an outside gazebo to build & had superb service from knowledgeable staff & team members who advised & showed me to various areas of the store as I was new to the site. One even came & found me after an error I had not spotted on a receipt where they had over charged me. All was sorted quickly with the refund & an apology. This is how you handle customers. Other places do such a bad job at this simple but effective area of the job. Big shout out to Sally who was both friendly & professional, who advised me on the trade app, gave me direction in store & was happy, friendly & professional.
