I pay a lot of money on a reward scheme and don?t feel I get much for it. I even have to pay for an additional scan. I also find it almost impossible to contact the store directly even though someone is always sitting on one of the glass fitting desks next to the reception desk. When selecting a new pair of glasses I got no guidance on price or what I would get from the scheme. I also didn?t get told which glasses I could choose based on their size. The glasses are also laid out in no particular order, so even if I know what I?m looking for I have to scan all the options. It?s all very underwhelming but I feel tied to the store as they have all my history.

Initial service good. On collection of prescription glasses they were found to be faulty. Required to revisit the store for a recheck when the glasses were plainly defective and should have been replaced without coming back for a recheck to then order another pair to come back yet again for final fitting

Have been seeing Gillian now for over 15 years and have always found her to be very Very thorough and detailed in her examination, needing a new pair of glasses I was equally pleased with Kerry who helped me select the frames and took detailed measurements making sure as much information was correctly recorded for my challenging prescription lenses. Both Members of staff a credit to Boots.

I visited the store to choose some spectacles. The member of staff who served me was very helpful, friendly and courteous. She carefully explained the options open to me and this helped me make my choice. Her name was Maariya.
