I want to open a savings bank account and more. The Barclays app refuses to let me do this, as some details are not up to date. It tells me to go to a local branch with ID etc to update " some details ". The local branch opens too late and shuts at 3pm, so I have no way of doing this. This is terrible.

Opening times need to be longer 3pm is not long enough and because they don?t open till 9.30 it really hard to get to the bank

Bad experience, never should deposit money through their machines, as my £200 is still missing. I have reported the same day but only my £980 was deposited back after 48 hours to my account and was said to me it was stuck in machine. But its almost 6 days now haven?t received my £200 the worst thing is if i go to chat i have to re explain the whole situation to the chat staff

As you are the only Barclay branch still open in the area it would be better for your customers if you had longer opening hours.

I am really disappointed ,why one bank in town centre just working till 15 pm???? Its look i m gonna soon change bank ,another bank branches working till 17pm..no comments

Waited 1hour in the que,no one even didnt come to me,7-8 tables and only 2 people working,open more branches,or get more people,its ridicilous,very strongly considering to change the bank,wasted mine time for no reason,left after 1 hour waiting

What is the point in having counters open on a Saturday if you can't pay cash in? I'm sad and disappointed where banking services are heading!

Staff member named Pete was incredibly helpful and understanding when I took my grandma in to close her late brother?s bank account. He was patient and explained the full process slowly so I was able to communicate to my grandma who is blind and deaf. They even held the bank open late as this took a while to do. Please pass on our thanks to Pete again.
