This evening I went to do some shopping in Asda and I couldn't find Ibuprofen spray on the shop floor so I went down to the pharmacy. The Asian Pharmacists came out from the back, when I saw him I tried to explain what I needed but he completely ignored me and start talking to the Asian guy who came after me and was calling him sir . He totally showed me disrespect, in spite of me being there first in the que and talking to him. I have been a loyal customer to Asda but afterwards I felt sick and disgusted.

After being prescribed the wrong medication I was told by 2 members of staff I would be able to return the wrong medication and swap it for the correct prescription. Upon doing so I was then told that, despite walking away with the one lot of medication, this was not the case and was charged a second time despite the error not lying at my feet. Although the two members of staff I spoke to were apologetic they both made it clear it was upon managers orders which in my opinion makes the matter more infuriating-my situation had very clearly been discussed, the manager very clearly knew the advice I had been give by their staff and I was still charged a second time for an error that was not my fault and out of my control.
