Very poor service and rude receptionist staff. We took our vehicle for a full service having booked it in weeks in advance. We dropped it off first thing in the morning at 7:30am and when it came to pick it up at 5pm we had to wait 45 mins as the vehicle had only just been put on the ramp. The coolant wasn't topped up and the oil overfilled. We have since taken it to a different garage who were much friendlier and much more helpful and rectified what this garage had not done. Really disappointed, feel ripped off and will not be returning.

Was stranded with a flat tyre and these guys went above and beyond to help me out, directing me where to get the help I needed - even though it meant them losing my business. Very friendly and knowledgable staff. I will back to get my brakes serviced with them.

My car broke down and we took it to Meldreth Motors. It cost £500 to be apparently 'fixed'. Two days later I was driving it to work and it broke down again - same fault. I am self employed and was on my way to teach a class for which I had to refund people. Car went back to Meldreth motors who said they couldn't fix it but the £500 charge would stand. So we've paid £500 for a car that still needs fixing and I have lost business too. Would never use these people again.
