I have been with Vodafone since I first had a mobile phone in the 70's, and this is the first time I have been disappointed in my phone, because I didn't actually choose it myself. It was the staff member's choice for me, and I regret it. I thought I'd give him the benefit of the doubt, but I HATE his choice. Don't like this phone one bit. It does not do anything as expected. Can't even do something as simple as getting my photos onto my computer.

It was okay, a Vodafone shop, just as you would expect. They had some phones in stock, their packages cost more than some elsewhere. The staff were nice, helpful and polite.

I was told I owed this company which I knew I didn't. Upon investigation they had put the money on another account I have with them. This was identified some two months ago. It was still showing as a missing payment and money owed on my credit report. I telephoned to complain about this and was told it would be cleaned on 13 of this month. It is now 14 and still showing as a missed payment and that I owe them money which I don't in fact they owe me money. During the investigation I was told to go by iffiof staff to go to the shop .I took time out of my day, paid to park, waited to speak to staff due to current times. Eventually got to speak to shop staff to be told I need to phone the office. Please think veev carefully before dealing with this company. Please do not have more than one account with them they cannot cope and end up making you looking bad when you are notI definitely will never deal with this company again.
