Liked the experience of shopping there. Bought some groceries and they had amazing discounts.

Cheap frozen food, with a selection of other groceries as well. Fairly small supermarket, but stocks a bit of everything. Not the best quality, but good for the price. There are two car parks nearby, about 5 minutes walk.

Wow. I am new to Iceland (this is my second order) and I have had everything go wrong today but I have a food delivery coming later so I called the Huntingdon branch and spoke to the manager Anthony. He went above and beyond to help me. He changed my delivery slot and was so calm, kind and understanding on the phone. It?s a shame this service isn?t in more businesses these days. Thank you so much and I totally recommend Iceland Huntingdon!

Very reasonable priced food. Will deliver if you spend over a certain amount. Have just bought Slimming World meals to help with diet.

The worst customer service I've received in the last decade! As u went to leave I realised that the young mam who served me didn't give me a receipt and then started serving the next customer. So I said, "Sorry, you didn't give me a receipt", to which he responded, "you didn't ask for one", with an attitude and air of annoyance in his tone.So I replied, "Young man, in all my life I have never asked for a receipt, its always offered", His attitude was clear and he didn't want to be wrong, he then said, "well I offered you one and you didn't reply," to which I questioned, "So did you offer me one or did I not ask for one? If I didn't answer, it's because I didn't hear you." He then dismissed me and said, "whatever!" at which point I asked for his name and advised him that I would be speaking to his manager. What a terrible example of young people today, when I worked in Sainsburys as a teenager/college student we were taught if we required it, how to provide good customer service but this young man didn't have any naturally and seemed to be more concerned about right than doing the right thing and accepting his mistake. As I told him before, I left, "In my day, the customer was always right." And I'm only just 40 years old! But he made me feel nostalgic for the "good old days."The fact that he treated me this way I front of my two children aged 5 and 8 makes it worse.
