Went to look for curtains with my daughter who is a full time wheelchair user and really struggled to get around. There is so much piled along the whole length of the middle aisle, bargain baskets on the ends, and very narrow walkways. I'm sure it's a legal requirement to allow a certain amount of space. Left empty handed.

Extremely busy but only 2 tills open. Had ordered click and collect but was told by a very arrogant employee that they were busy so I would have to queue which being disabled was the whole point of click and collect!!!!

Huge selection of household products in great range of colours and types, usually very competitively priced. Friendly helpful staff as well as it's own car park. What's not to like.

Downstairs is nice, upstairs seems a little disorganised & messy. Good range of products on sale & you always seem to pick up more than you went in for. Guess that?s the sign of a good store. I?ve shopped in dunelm stores over many years. Recently moved to Huntingdon. First time visiting this store.

We used to love having a look round this shop before enjoying a light lunch. Unfortunately our last two trips have been a bit of a disaster.Trip a few weeks ago limited hot food and no salad. Today one type of sandwich (egg), otherwise only coffee and cake on offer. One cheese scone available . We shared it. Did not taste very fresh or nice. I requested a cappuccino and had to ask if there was any chocolate for sprinkles. The young man behind the counter was enjoying his conversation with a young female member of staff and we felt he did not want to be there, ( he disappeared for ten minutes). Leaving no one behind the counter.THis place used to be so good with fresh food and friendly staff, very disappointed.

Con artists and rip off merchants with no customer service at all. Never get an email receipt as they don't send it to you and then make it impossible to return items. The said the manager could look it up but after 30 mins standing at the till the manager still hadn't answered the call from the tills. I don't think they exist. So in all a completely wasted morning and no return

Toilets had water in two cubicles all over floor. Items were all over floor where they had fallen off shelves. Cafe had no tea cakes no bacon no sausage and only large latte cups very very dissapointing

Very good location and free parking.Nicely laid out clean and tidy with friendly and helpful staff.
