Sadden to say I had an awful experience at the Cambridge building society last week. I had been seen to by a blonde lady but she unfortunately treated me poorly. I have been a customer for many years so I?m saddened to see the quality of management go down hill over the past few years. I have closed my account and don?t intend on returning.

None of the cashiers are wearing masks. They are interminably slow at sorting out accounts too. Dreadful experience waiting for a slow cashier, while worrying about covid circulating freely all around. I will take my custom elsewhere.

Wonderful experience of telephone banking with Cambridge Building Society today. Polite, friendly, competent and efficient. And the best of all - the call is answered in less than a minute, instead of the usual waiting of almost an hour with many banks.

One of the worst building societies I have had the unfortunate experience to have had an account with. Shoddy service and very rude staff. Walked down the road and opened an account at the Yorkshire BS, completely different. Helpful, attentive staff who could not do more to assist. One star from me.
