Sandra from Tom Ford is very helpful and professional. Thanks to her patience I found a beautiful scent from the brand, I will definitely go back to her.

Huge, 4 storey shopping experience with exceptional service and you can find pretty much anything. I had come in to get some perfumes while in Cambridge and they had some great offers!

A miracle. On 16th of January I received an email from John Lewis that my order has been cancelled and I got money in my account on 17th of January. It is possible. WOW.After 14 days I recived an emeil from John Lewis that my order was cancelled and the refund will take up to 5 days. I bought two of the same winter jackets (£209 )size 16 and 18 ( Order number: 432205784) from John Lewis on 3rd of January at 3 p.m. On 12th of January I was told that I will get my delivery on 15 th of January. On 15th of January at 16:05 p.m I called John Lewis asking why the parcel has not been delivered yet and the lady on the phone has find out that the supplier has not despatched it yet. I asked to cancel the order and I was told that the supplier will contact me. When I asked if I could have the suppliers contact details I was refused. John Lewis say that their delivery time is up to 10 days and that they deliver from Mondayto Saturday. It doesn't say on their website that up to 10 working days. It is all very misleading. To wait 12 days for something you have paid and then to find out it has not been despatched yet is a rip off? Is it a clever way to keep customers' money as long as it is possible? I received one email on 3th of January from John Lewis explaining how to track my order but the option was not and is not available. I read that it takes them up to 14 days to do the refund. WOW. Supermarkets take customer's money first when the shopping has been despatched. I bought the jackets from John Lewis so John Lewis is charging the customer's bank accounts not the supplier. I guess you have to buy first before you sell? So why their were asking me to wait longer for the supplier to contact me?I am very disappointed. Who is in charge of all those misleading customer's information?

Coffee shop is disgusting!!!I had a disappointing experience at the coffee shop. The service was terrible ? my cappuccino was spilled on the little plate on the till! and the staff saw that, but didn?t pay attention to it, they only cleaned it up after I requested. Moreover, I purchased a sandwich that needed to be toasted, but they refused to do it, suggesting I warm it up myself in the far corner using the microwave. Overall, the service left much to be desired, and it affected my enjoyment of the visit.I don?t recommend to visit it!

Massive department store over five floors (Basement, Ground Floor, Floor 1-3). Lots of products to choose from. It does get very busy - especially in the run up to Christmas and at weekends - and the aisles and stock are placed quite close together so there's not much room to move in some places (especially the fragrance department on the ground floor). The store is clean and brightly lit, and is great to visit when it's not too busy. The staff are very friendly if you have an enquiry, but they don't bug you if you're just browsing which is nice. There's a nice cafe/espresso place on the top floor (floor 3) with views overlooking Cambridge, which is a nice place to sit and have a coffee or a bite to eat (use those free cake vouchers!) - again it does get very busy during peak hours (lunch time), so if you want to sit down try and avoid going between about 12-2. There's a smaller cafe on the first floor (Ori Caffe) but I haven't visited that yet so can't comment - it doesn't have much seating that I can see. There are toilets on two floors with plenty of cubicles.John Lewis Cambridge is a nice place to visit, worth a trip, but bare in mind it does get very busy so plan accordingly.

I ordered a laptop from John Lewis what I would consider spending a lot of money with them. I got it ordered to my house as John Lewis store is too far away for me to get to. When receiving my item I had actually been sent a pair of trainers. Called up about the problem and I had to wait 5 days while it was investigated and I still don?t know why this happened. I was then told I would get my laptop in 9 days time to what I argued I?d already waiting 5 days and didnt want to wait. John Lewis did then send it out the next day. In the meantime Iv been told I must return the trainers to the store. I said that I couldn?t as it was to far away so John Lewis agreed to come get them from my house. They can?t seem to be able to tell me when they are coming so all three times I have been at work. I?m the meantime I have revived another email saying if I don?t return the item I will be charge again for a laptop. I?m extremely stressed out over something that isn?t my fault. And its trainers I am sending back not a laptop. This had all gone on for over a month. I have been so stressed out about and don?t feel it is up to me to get the shoes back to the store as I never asked for any of this. Going back and forth with emailing them and all I have been told is they suggest I find a way to send them back. Awful customer care

What a waste of time. Came with my mac to buy the quest 3 headset, lad pretended it?s just a display and doesn?t work while the charging light was blinking. Lol.

A lovely pre-Christmas treat on my John Lewis reward card for myself & bestie! Free Prosecco (or tea in my case) & Cake for two! Lots of cake choices, but we chose Passion Fruit & Coconut Cake and Victoria Sponge and both were gorgeous. Super light, fluffy sponge and both were delicious! A gorgeous glass of Prosecco too! We had a lovely 1hr relaxing in the cafe, in the midst of our Christmas shopping chaos and just another reason John Lewis is so lovely ???
