I went in to sort out a phone account, that I knew nothing about. EE customer service on phone, were really not helpful so I was sceptical that I would receive the same in store. How wrong could I be , I was welcomed by advisor called Jack , he sorted everything and informed me of all details I needed to rectify and sort the fraudulent account. Many thanks Jack ? brilliant customer service

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE. The staff in here are rude, condescending and extremely unhelpful once they have sold you a contract. There are two particularly disinterested and sarcastic staff members called Jake and Oscar who you should not purchase from. Be aware if you do purchase you cannot (according to EE) opt out of your contract during the cooling off period.

The customer service there is very, very bad and very incompetent. A group of guys that is so clueless of the state of reference or proof of identification. they refused to accept an official uk issue ID. Biometric indefinite leave to remain to replace a phone SIM card. The store manager on duty said the home office ID if not accept, for example Biometrics. I will like to how come the DVLA documents are accepted and not the home office? The customer support office team on the Phone was more competent and professional than some the people in the store. It would be nice know why EE have the official say of what is and official ID and not the uk state? Banks accept biometrics ID but EE above the law.

On router faulty reception interrupted constantly hanging-Took router back to store on Friday said I wanted to cancel within 14 day right to cancel.-Associate told me to sit down said he will go get the manager.-Came back and said manager advised to contact customer service for cancellation-Customer service told me to contact ?channel returns? via online form-Channel returns told me to go back to store-MANAGER IN STORE told me they dont do cancellations instore and don't abide by 14day cancellation-which is mandated by LAW-Customer service called again and now told wifi router is cancelledSame day mobile phone calling and data suspended called to check 480.00£ fee imposed and to be paid to have service reinstated-Rang CUSTOMER SERVICE AGAIN told I need to go back to same store and manager or supervisor will tell me same thing-I DEMANDED ESCALATION-Within 10mins callback from manager/supervisor from customer service saying wifi router was wrongly cancelled by customer service and should have been done by store-1.5 hrs on hold-told 480£ fee for wifi cancellation (WITHIN 14 days of setup) will he waived as goodwill and 380£ mobile cancellation fee will ve waived as GOODWILLVOTED NUMBER ONE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE- BY WHO?Good luck

My Google pixel phone battery expanded. I'm not with EE but they're a recognised repairer for Google phones. They were absolutely fab. Staff in store were very helpful and they kept me informed of repair progress throughout. I thought the process would be a headache but it was really easy with EE

Staff have messed up my order for an upgrade. Phoned up to be told by the store manager I need to come into the store so he can look into said issue. Showed up at the store to be told by the same manager he can?t help me anyway and there?s no point of me showing up. No apology for my inconvenience over their mistake that I?m having to sort out myself now. Super unhelpful staff that clearly need more training.

I have been coming to this store third time in two weeks to get my phone fixed (paid battery replacement) and after two weeks all I could hear is apologies, the device is not ready. The store has never contacted me or updated me about any updates or services so far but asked me to be at the store all these occasions and made me wait at the store 3-4 hours only to know the device is not ready. Just to keep it bit more interesting, they couldn?t pay me back the amount they charged me upfront for the service and now I have to visit the store again. Wouldn?t recommend anyone for service options, but maybe they are really good with sales.
