I used to shop here all the time but came by one night to grab a few bits for dinner and saw a mouse run from under where the shelves in the area where the cake snacks are to the freezer section, I was appalled and went straight away to let a worker know and they didn't seem surprised what so ever. Terrible experience. Went to pharmacy. Half the prescription was missing, wasnt informed, substituted the medicine without discussing it first. One of the staff was rude. To top it up I came out to find out that my car was scratched. Just like to know who monitors the carpark/ site!

Got 2 make your own pizzas today from instore, please can the gentleman who served me get some customer service skills please, its not hard to say please and thankyou and can the labels on the pizzas get some cooking instructions as none on ours
