I would give zero star if possible. I use Anglian Home Improvement to replace our three windows last September. It cost me £5500 to replace three windows . Two of the windows bad condensation just after two weeks. I contacted customer service to take a look at it. They said that condensation is normal. And they refuse to send anyone come to check it. I will not use them anymore. Don?t waste your money.

Terrible, avoid at all costs. I had a new front door fitted last year. After a few months, an issue developed with the lock. It makes the door very difficult to open from either side. I have reported this with the sales & support team on countless occasions over the last 5 months. I have been promised call backs & visits but nothing. It is becoming a real safety hazzard & they have made not attempt to resolve it

Utterly hopeless. I've been trying to arrange a service visit for nearly a year now. I've been told countless times that I'll be contacted; I've used the chat function, email, and have now resorted to phoning every couple of days. The windows are leaking, on one side towards a plug socket, and Anglia's response has been appalling. I'd avoid at all costs.

Terrible company, we keep having to call for the engineer to come to replace window handles [within the guarantee period] as the lock seizes! This has happened at least ten times, so much so that we now know who is turning up to carry out the repair. Dismal. It baffles me that the company seems to think that this is good for business.

Only giving 1 star because I have to:Having had multiple quote visits from other companies this process should have taken approx 45 mins not 2.45 hours! I was home alone when the agent came and informed him we do not need to wait for my husband and we are only collecting quotes and not in a position to make a choice within the next 2weeks. The agent was told this multiple times. He was incredibly slow at using his computer and could not work the software saying that he missed the training sessions. Frankly not acceptable in supposedly professional company. My husband returned home an hour into the appointment and despite banging pots, cooking our dinner etc your agent didn't not take that rather unsubtle hint to wrap up.Instead he wasted time doing god knows what on the computer. He kept insisting that if he gives us a quote now will we go ahead to which we replied again and again that we cannot do this and to stop asking. Instead he called the marketing team to get us a discount. Finally starving and fed at 21:45 up my husband asked him to leave. He said he would send on the plan and quote which he never did.Totally unacceptable behaviour from the agent. You cannot hijack someone's home for 2.45 hours and starve them until they make a decision. I am informing everyone I know of how we were treated.Despite having the lowest quote we are willing to spend more money with a different company who treated us like humans.
