A perfectly situated pub with nice food but pricey. Good service. Some of the food was homemade but some not - also let down by low quality sauce packets.

Nice enough pub, average food, in a fabulous weekend walking location but this pub, the food and the servic could be a lot more more fabulous....

Just went in to pick up a friend but great atmosphere and good range of drinks bit pricey though. Food looks nice but didn't try it.
The Plough is probably the most famous Inn in England, situated just outside of Princes Risborough in Buckinghamshire near Chequers, the country seat of British Prime Ministers.
Although Cadsden is just a tiny hamlet with few residents, The Plough is very popular with visitors from all over the world and is highly regarded for its no nonsense fare, of good honest food, plenty of it and at sensible prices.
The Inn has a small number of high quality rooms for guests to stay overnight and is perfectly placed to enjoy the beautiful Chiltern Hills.
