The store was a mess. Low stock of some items and just chaos. I got over charged for 2 items as things were mislabeled and or put on the wrong shelves.

Another disappointing trip to Waitrose Oakgrove, empty shelves and gaps in the chillers and the store generally a mess. Second consecutive Friday where I was unable to get most items on my list. I’m either unlucky to have the worst Waitrose or they are slowly and painfully killing what used to be an amazing business
