We went into the MK branch to get my son's account changed to a different account. We were told they were too busy to help us, although given as we walked in one member of staff wasn't doing anything I got the impression they just couldn't be bothered. Given their rates aren't the best on offer clearly best option is to move the account elsewhere.

Started getting charges to my account. Watch out, they never told before. Staff member was rude, saying it was just my point of view for feeling that way. Desperate to get away from this company.

Excellent customer service.It is a bank with a human touch.If you phone, it is a person who will answer, not a robot or answering machine.In Milton Keynes, it is a small branch and staff are always very helpful.Highly recommend.

the worst bank I have deal with. They spent more than a month to send me the bank card and they canceled it without calling me or asking about any details!Please do not deal with them
