"Although the Perfume Shop in Central Milton Keynes boasts a wide range of fragrances, my recent experience fell short of expectations. The store appeared well-stocked, but unfortunately, the staff seemed disinterested and more engrossed in their personal conversations than assisting customers. Despite attempting to seek help in exploring scents, my presence went unnoticed, receiving no acknowledgment or assistance. Even when expressing my interest in exploring Dior fragrances, the staff's lack of engagement was disheartening. It's disappointing when a store's potential is overshadowed by staff prioritizing their chats over customer service. Hopefully, the focus shifts to providing attentive and customer-centric service in the future."

Fantastic customer service from Yumna, I came in literally minutes from closing and you didn?t rush me you took your time in helping me choose my purchase and also so pleased with your complimentary wrap and ribbon (whilst your colleague entertained my crazy 5year old son) thank you so much for your patience and fab service it was appreciated! ??

I normally don?t leave reviews but I visited this store earlier this month and I had the best customer service experience from a young lady call Kiran. She helped me and my husband to choose our wedding fragrance. She was so kind, helpful and patience during our visit. I was pleased to be served my Kiran on that day as I am picky person she helped me with the process quicker with her brilliant knowledge of perfumes. I hope this gets recognised by The Perfume Shop team as where credit is due this should be acknowledged and credited accordingly.

Visited the store on the 15th February around lunch time. The young lady manning the counter didn't even look up when we entered, my partner asked to smell a couple of options and both times the member of staff didn't speak, she barely even acknowledged we were there. We just walked out, horrendous customer service.

Great service. Good products. Fairly good prices. Obviously gone up then reduced slightly as it's Christmas but still worth a visit.

I had an amazing experience today with Jade, she was just so full of life and was so happy to help us. We went in there not knowing what we wanted at all and came out feeling so satisfied that she had our best interest at heart and not just after a sale. Most definitely will be returning to see Jade at the perfume shop. Thank you

We got discount card and have bought the same item a few times but now it seems every time we go they have no stock. Staff are friendly but not very helpful in choosing other products that might suit you, they'd rather let you leave and not make a purchase, we know that we can't buy our item just anywhere and if we get in on line you don't really know what you might be getting so it's a difficult item to keep getting. Not really happy with this store so perhaps we'll definitely try somewhere else
