Usually I don't come to this subway, this was a pit stop for a grab & go lunch before a work meeting. The service provided was excellent, it was efficient & prompt. The staff were very friendly I was In a rush & my subways which I had ordered were made pretty fast. The cleanliness and hygiene of subway was on point.I Would definitely recommend this place for a grab 'n' go lunch.

The problem with this store is the manager. A lot of the negative reviews here refer to the management and I saw that first hand today when I visited at 5pm.A young gentleman was taking orders all by himself while managing online orders and constant calls from his manager.While he is handling the front service desk the manager Natalia kept calling and asking him for many other things without and patience. Kudos to him for keeping his cool. Well done to the staff member and do better management.

The staff member didn't seem to understand or couldn't hear properly. One example of more than one issue that occurred in the five minutes we were there:I asked for two milk chocolate cookies and she said "white chocolate?" I said "no not white, milk chocolate please" and she's still put two white chocolate cookies in the bag. So we can't eat the white chocolate ones because they have nuts in, waste of money.I feel like it shouldn't be that difficult to know a short menu like the menu at subway.

Overall, service was a bit slow due to staff being very chatty and giggly. Hope i remember her name right, but Tina was very fast and friendly while making my footlong sub. couldn't tell if whether she was tired or stressed but if only she smiled more :(

Came in to get a sub for my lunch. I was asking the lady (Kaitlyn) to change her gloves due to an allergy and I was super impressed that I didn?t even need to finish my sentence before she was changing her gloves ??. That unfortunately is where the great service finished. After my sub was toasted it was just put on the side next to all the other subs and no verbal exchange or communication to let the other staff member know that I had an allergy. I did ask her to make sure that when she cut my sub to use a knife that hadn?t been used on cheese. She said yes then after a few minutes asked if it would be ok not to cut my sub due to cross contamination?? I asked could she not get one from the kitchen and she said yes then the other 2 staff members that were already on shift and 1 aware of my allergy told her to take a knife into the kitchen and wash it. My sub itself was tasty but the lack of allergy communication and preparation was very concerning.

Was served by the lovely Adam. Amazing person and was really friendly and approachable. Great customer service and served my food nice and hot. If I?m back In the area again (trucker) I shall pop back in for another sub

Far from best subway. Always after staff, not a long wait on a weekday lunch time. Half of the empty tables were dirty. Plenty of free parking. Over £10 for a 12? sub. Wouldn?t rush backParking: Plenty of parking spaces

Generally we love subways. I had been to several over the years. However, we didn't experience great service last time. I ordered one vegetarian and one non veg option. Normally customer colleagues ask us, do you want me to remove the gloves for preparing veg. If a shop is busy, we can understand. But it was a very quiet counter and she didn't change the gloves. I asked for toasted bread but she started the spread on the cold bread. Didn't want to offend her so I proceeded with my order. Asked for veg pattie or other veg filling, she said no. Extremely slow in preparing the order. I felt so sad after receiving the service. I had several good experiences in other subways so will be going back to Subways but not sure about this shop.

This is by far the worst Subway experience we?ve had. Due to all day rain and work, I decided to order from this establishment through Uber Eats. My son picked Chicken Tikka with American cheese. There was not even a grain of cheese in his sub. They just put some scanty chicken pieces, sub not toasted and shabbily wrapped. I ordered the footlong Marinara meatballs sub, and added bacon option, and mozzarella/cheddar cheese mix. These guys sent 6? sub, with dry meatballs (maybe a day old), no bacon. Again shabby packing. My daughter?s food was equally poorly made, as well as my wife?s wrap. I?m even generous to give them one star. It should be zero star. No one should ever pay for such horrible service. Subway should investigate this franchise owner and possibly shut them down before they cost them.

I love Subway, but this particular one does not live up to the standards of the others.When I arrived, there were 4 people waiting for pick up delivery, so I ordered my sub, which took 2 minutes.It then took the lady at the till 10 minutes to cash my sub!She was more interested in messing with a phone (assuming it had the takeaway info one) ringing someone. Even the other staff members were asking her to put my food through.Not what I expect from a subway franchise

I didn't find the restaurant very clean. After sitting at a table to have a quick coffee in the morning, I noticed that the floor under the tables looked dusty and dirty. It didn't look as if the floor had been cleaned in a while. Under most there was food debris. Under mine there wasn't only food crumbs and dirt but ants. I had to wait to tell a member of staff on leaving, who didn't appear concerned about the matter. I won't be stopping by again, I'm afraid.

Staff member gave Exemplary service. Great salad , perfect for summer.Management needs to fix air con for customer and staff sake.Vegetarian options: Dependable Vege options.
