“Up & Running is a fantastic store with superb staff who 'know their stuff".Around 6 months ago I purchased a pair of running trainers from there. I was assisted by a fantastic woman ( my apologies for not getting her name) who went through my requirements, needs and budget.She put me on the treadmill, explained everything to me, updated me and then brought out 4 different pairs of trainers. I tried them all out, explained what I liked and didn't like and she assessed them.I purchased a pair of New Balance 1080 and love them! I run really well in them too.Today I returned to the store in it's new location (in Go Outdoors). I spoke to a really nice Gentleman (who I remembered had been there at my previous visit).I discussed my needs - which hadn't changed, I just wanted to make my New Balance last longer, so needed a 'spare' pair of shoes.While I didn't purchase any shoes, I tried on around 6 pairs and was able to rule out what I did and didn't like, and discover a brand I'd never tried before - 'Saucony'. Ididn't like the colour of those trainers, but really liked the shoe.So I will see if they do them in a darker colour.I hope the owners of 'Up & Running ' are proud of their stores and their amazing staff. “We wanted service kid’s bike. We went upstairs in bike service area and checked with service representative Danny whether it can be serviced. He was super helpful in giving guidance and mentioned all the bike is perfectly ok. He checked all the necessary points on the bike. He also did a quick repair on the bike stand, which was wobbly.Learnt some good bike maintenance tips from extremely helpful and knowledgeable person Danny. Overall very pleasant experience.Kudos Danny for your great work !!”

“Nice store. Just wish everything had a price. Was looking at some toddler addicts sandals in black but never bought as had no price, they were hanging in middle area of store. Same with a pair of the womens sliders, they had no price.”
