We have been to the MK sofology over the weekend to order a sofa with chaise and had a great experience, thanks to the lovely Ingrid who was absolutely patient and helped us choose the best. Ingrid was really helpful showing us what color combinations best suited our walls and so on. Didn?t feel rushed into deciding or buying thanks to Ingrid. Can?t wait for the sofa to arrive in 14 weeks!

Great shop, great sofas at a reasonable price!We purchased 2 x 2.5 seater sofas from here, can't wait until they arrive in 12 weeks time!!

I recently had an experience with the Sofology store in Milton Keynes that I feel compelled to share. My journey began with a visit to the store in early December, where I was interested in purchasing a sofa. The sales staff assured me that there would be no discounts or offers on delivery, and this information significantly influenced my decision to proceed with a substantial purchase of over £4,000. This assurance was reconfirmed during a subsequent visit.However, my satisfaction turned to disappointment when, upon a later visit to the store with my family, I discovered that Sofology was now offering free delivery on sofas. This was in direct contradiction to the assurances I had previously been given. The discovery of this new offer, after having been told explicitly that such discounts would not occur, felt misleading and cast a shadow over the integrity of the sales process.Adding to my frustration, my attempts to address this issue with the store were met with unprofessionalism. My call to the Milton Keynes store was abruptly terminated, and my request for an email address to escalate my concerns was ignored. As a first-time customer at Sofology, this level of service was disheartening.In conclusion, while the initial part of my experience at Sofology was positive, the subsequent discovery of the delivery offer and the poor customer service response have left me with mixed feelings. This experience has significantly impacted my view of Sofology and will influence my future interactions and recommendations.

We went on a wednesday evening to look for a sofa-bed that we need. They have some good option. The low stars are for the man who served us, he had quite a rude tone. I felt sorry for him, must be feeling pretty miserable at his work ( even more sorry for him, if that is just his character)

Ray was brilliant! Lovely experience, was a very helpful gentleman. Gave us all the help and answers we needed to place our order with him. We had so many doubts before walking into the store and Ray pleasantly ironed them out! Looking forward to our new sofas!

DON'T BUY FROM HERE IN CASE YOU NEED AFTER CAREHave a problem with my 8 month old sofa. despite filling in their forms and their social media promising a reply in 48hrs i'm still waiting 2 weeks later. dreadful customer service, Emailed, called and visited with no resolution

Bought a sofa and has a fault, filled out the forms and sent to them, chased as didn't hear back, still no reply! Not a happy customer poor serviceupdate, 9 days later - still not heard back despite calling and emailing twice!

Worst customer service i have ever encountered and massive delays on receiving our order. In the store they told us that our order should be completed in max 8 weeks and its been 12 already.. and on top of everything they have half of our order already in stock but they wont deliver it to us because one of the sofas is delayed and we place everything in one order? and I already paid them one sofa!! .. so basically I paid in advance for a sofa that it is in stock and they wont deliver it to me because they are late on sending me the second sofa. As I say worst customer service ever. I will definitely never ever buy here again specially because I only found after the fact that If I cancel I lose my deposit. Well done Sofology, great business model.

I went in here with my family to purchase some furniture but ROBIN was absolutely rude he had no manners what so ever its like he didn't even want us in there at all. We felt unwelcomed, all the other shops round the area were very polite and professional except him!! He needs to fix up or get another job because that isn't suited for him god knows if he was a manager or in sales. We left the store feeling very neglected. Won't be returning!!

AVOID THESE SOFASUPDATE: I have also emailed the email address provide in the response by Sofology and STILL no response.Confirmed a delivery date, asked us to clear the balance and then materialised that our furniture wasn?t fully in stock but not until after we gave our sofa away for the sake of being clear in time for the scheduled delivery.Was told a manager would call me same day and yet today, 3 days later, was told I was ranting at the wrong person and would need to call the number for which there is always a 40 minute hold to discuss options.Appalling service from them and awful attitude.

Steer well clear!!!First time order with Sofology for our new build house, however couldn't be further from satisfied.Delivery was late to start with, then on delivery our brand new flooring was damaged on install. We were offered £100 compensation, for a £6000 floor that was gouged and scratched which would need replacing. We took the money as we were getting nowhere with them & couldn't spend anymore time sorting. Complete aggro.Also, we ordered 2 care kits for a natural raw leather sofa, these turned up to be standard cleaning kits, 7 months after the initial order. Complete joke.The sofa itself has defects, foam infill is non existent in some sections, Sofology had to order more foam infill as apparently it was faulty in our Sofa. Turns out they ordered the wrong parts, 2 engineers visits & 8 months on and still waiting to resolve. The overall sofa looks worn, dry and tatty. Nothing like the showroom version we saw. Complete disappointment.Their customer service literally could not care less, they never contact you and you always have to spend time chasing.Have now contacted the furniture ombudsman & my card company to start further action as I give up with dealing with the incompetence and lack of care of Sofology.Won't be recommending, steer well clear.

Received amazing service. Ray was a star - extremely helpful, not pushy - true gentlemen.I manage to design my new sofa - was given honest option and product feedback from other customers. Although I have to wait 12 weeks for my delivery I?m positive it?s worth a wait.Purchased item from new collection hence the extra wait.

Sofology is an absolutely terrible company. Please do not shop here. They ordered me the wrong sofa, it?s my fault apparently. Also after 3 months of waiting they didn?t know if my bed that I ordered from them was going to be cancelled or delivered. After a ridiculous amount of phone calls with customer services, they have cancelled the bed that I bought to match my sofa. Absolutely disgusted with how they have treated me. If you shop here you are letting yourself in for absolute hell. You will get told to ring someone else, then someone else and they still won?t have any answers. Don?t even know how Sofology is still operating and will be very surprised if it?s still in business in a few years time judging by the reviews that others have left also.
