Awful experience every time. Went in today and was passed around 4 people just to buy a new watch strap. Put it down & walked out in the end. Will get from John Lewis where they understand service

Its okay... The second floor is overcrowded and hard to browse the accessories sold there... Apple needs to do something about that, cause the genius bar is causing the 2nd floor congestion...

Beware! If you're iPad is only 17 months old and develops a fault, they'll charge you £200+ for a swap for a refurbished model! Absolutely dreadful customer service from the Genius Bar!
