Ordered carpet for the whole house as we recently moved, great staff who were patient and didn't rush us into making any bad decisions, not once did they try to upsell which was brilliant. Also ordered a new sofa on the same day which was delivered a couple of weeks after the carpet was fitted, delivery drivers were extremely polite and professional.

We have been in 3 times to look and chat about a sofa. We dealt with Jamie-Lee and she was amazing. Couldn?t have asked for her to do more for us, had all the knowledge and was very honest with us and eventually have bought through her so many thanks to her. Other than that the rest of the staff were very friendly too.

Good experience today, very patient helpful person came to our assistance. We didn't catch his name but we bought him a donut in afterwards to say thanks for all his help. Nice friendly store and a good team it seems.

This stores staff are not very professional at allToday I went there with my 2 children to buy/order a sofa which I had seen at a different branch (Grayson 2 seater plus 3 seater)Apon walking in i saw a staff member standing on the left of the shop floor and she noticed us walking in and she decided to ignore us.I walked around the whole store including the top floor looking at different sofas thinking maybe I'll find a different sofa which I may like and not 1 member of staff approached me or acknowledged me not even a hello even tho some staff members where free and walking around they only opproached white customersI can only think because I am a asian male and was dressed in a tracksuit bottom and a t-shirtI felt so disappointed I was on my way out and saw Manjit (staff member) walking down the stairs close to the entrance door even he looked at me and went to walk off but I ended up saying hello mate and then I explained how I felt and he must inform the manager of this situation and in the back I could see his colleagues looking towards usDisgusting behaviour from all the staff members at this branch and I will definitely not be buying from SCS purely because of the staff membersIf your are looking to buy a sofa dont buy it from this SCS branch especially if your Asian Indian Pakistani

I ordered a lounge carpet from the Milton Keynes store, when the fitters came they stunk of weed and spent the whole time arguing with each other, they blocked in my elderly neighbour and refused to move so he could get his car out. It turns out SCS Milton Keynes ordered the wrong size carpet so it didn?t fit but the fitters still demanded full payment as they said it wasn?t their problem and also the price suddenly went up from £63 to 83.I went to the store and they admitted it was their mistake and would sort it urgently but 10 days later I?m still being fobbed off. So far I?ve been told the fitter is on holiday then it was the driver who delivers the carpet to the store had phoned in sick.Then the person in store dealing with the order was off sick. I went in to store Saturday as I was not getting any response to my mails and was told fitting would be on Wednesday, I asked for an email confirmation that day as I have lost faith completely with anything they say and was told no problem , 3 days later I have no confirmation.I?ve been to the store 3 times in the past week which is 13 miles away as they do not call back when they say they are going to and now will have to take another days holiday for another fitting.Probably the worst customer service I have experienced. It seems if people go sick at this store or go on holiday then no one covers the work and it?s tough luck if your waiting for your order, you will just be ignored or fobbed off.1st and last time I will use SCS*Waiting for Lynsey from SCS media team to comment with the same poor uncaring response from my trustpilot review, no mention of giving me back the extra £20 I was charged for fitting by their dodgy fitters they sub contract to or petrol money for all the times I had to visit the store to try and get the issues resolved*

I almost bought a sofa there, but I must say it's too expensive for what it's worth. The salesman was very good. He almost got me, but lucky I was with the misses who said don't rush, let's keep on looking, she was right.

Saw Dave here and he sorted out a second sofa for me 10 years after he sold me the first one. That one is still looking great and going strong so he's honest and an excellent example of an employee. Well done SCS for hanging on to someone so naturally good at what they do.

Beware of the parking changes. There are several stores nearby so if you're are planning to have a good look around be careful, you will receive a hefty fine if you stay for longer than 2,5 hours. I wonder why people choose to shop online !

Very pleasant service from Martin,who was attentive,informative but put no pressure on us as customers,even encouraging us to take our own time and think for a few days over which sofas we wanted. Excellent service and we look forward to our new sofas. This salesman is a credit to his company.

Dropped in today to have a look at some sofas and David the sales assistant was excellent. Very friendly service and excellent to talk to no pressure sales he was very informative and knowledgeable in all aspects of his job. We was undecided on a sofa and he said just take your time and if you need anything that he and his team are available to help with any questions.we did end up picking our new sofa due mid November time. Nice one David
