“I went to Bletchely post office when they were about to close but they served me out of hour time. They were very friends, an amazing professional service and I would recommended Bletchely post office. Thank you for the service and keep it up with the good service?”

“Def the best post office in Milton Keynes, good space to park, wide space within the shop. i believe the owner js Adrian? He was polite and very friendly which puts the rude post office staff (such as Walnut Tree) to shame. I would rather make the extra few minutes to use the service at Coffee Hall, thank you!”

“The staff do an amazing job. They are like jugglers but very good ones. They seem to manage any number of different enquires equally efficiently and most often with a smile on their faces too. Thank you.”

“Decent post office. Very handy for small things (paying bills). Staff are all great, not had a negative experience since moving to the area in 2014. It's recommended!”

“I love it.The post office has a drop-off for DPD service. When you enter, It is is located on the left straightaway, which is very convenient. The managers are always very useful and polite.?P.S. they also have a drop off for return Amazon parcels *(when you enter,it is on the right). 5⭐ from me and highly recommended!”

“Warm, friendly and knowledgeable staff, who actually want to help. A refreshing change from so many businesses. The post office is small, yet cannot be helpful enough. The shop prices reflect the small independent nature of the business, however it has the essentials, and a bit more, and service with a smile.”

“pity they stopped opening until late into the evenings as that was a great help if you work during the day, but i guess it's understandable with the squeeze on budgets and i imagine not many users at that time - given the circumstances and constraints, these guys do a great job and do their best to help you - clean place, easy parking, get some food from tesco while you're there. some odd reason only open half a day on wednesdays which i don't really get why, but a great local post office!”

“This place gets slated for lack of warm welcome, but provides an incredibly important service in our area, especially for people with no transport to get into the city centre and elsewhere. The environment is rather drab and the staff don't look like they enjoy their work time there...and who would be to be honest?Again, it is so important thank you for being there. Some of the people leaving comments here really should reflect before and imagine life without this convenience store and post office, particularly if you have no transport to go elsewhere. Driving or taking public transport into the city for the post office is really not a joy either.Thank you so much for being there and serving the community especially during antisocial hours and the rest of the privileged people like to be wrapped up in their warm houses in the comfort of their sofas.”

“My local and always able to take parcels after 8pm. If you want somewhere quiet and quick to drop off prepaid postage, and get proof of postage, this place very much ticks the box. They also often come out to look after my dog whilst I'm in the store, which is a huge bonus for me!”

“I’ve been using this office for 10 years and it’s an essential store that is well situated. I will always recommend to others for the friendly nature and helpful attitude the staff always display. Everyone has bad days but the girls always make the queue worthwhile when they greet you with a warm smile!”

“Never had an issue here. People driving to see they are closed. Check the opening times on the website. Parking is tough yes, however the staff have no other place to park so don’t blame them. They aren’t rude. They deal with idiots moaning about opening times and things they can’t control. The staff I have dealt with over the years have been fantastic and I would go here every day to collect work stock. Don’t blame the staff, blame the management who have ruined The Royal Mail.”
