Shocking lack of service. Told over the phone not possible to confirm weather meds available. Told I would be sent a text. I wasn?t. Manager then sent a text to confirm my number ( it worked ) and lien lied to my face telling me they had informed me. Not good when dealing with heart medication.

Sanjay was wonderful he was very helpful and tried his best while trying to help me get a consultation whilst the pharmacy was busy, i guess since new years they are trying to just catch up on backlog. The reviews kind of concerned but everyone was nice but i can understand the reviews. I would just recommend that in front of patients to not let out frustration, i can understand if you?re tired or frustrated, to not make the environment feel uncomfortable. Sanjay was a great example of staying calm creating a nice environment that i felt comfortable enough to speak to him.

Unbelievably rude and obnoxious woman working behind the counter, considering they are dealing with the most vulnerable people perhaps the management might consider addressing the issue and providing some well needed customer service training.

The pharmacy need to change the staff as the staff is so rude.

The women in this pharmacy are rude and unhelpful. Called up to find out if they had products in store. They checked one and decided that they didnt want to check the other product whilst telling their colleague they didnt want to check the product then proceeded to hang up the phone. Whilst in the shop they kept rolling their eyes at each other. Would rather go to another pharmacy then have to deal with them again.

They can be rather rude on the phone and take a long time to have your prescription ready

The phone is never answered. I have tried time and time again with no luck, different times, different days. Often seems like it has been tookoff the hook or unplugged!

Not the largest of pharmacies, but still stocked plenty of different medicine's and remedies with members of staff being absolute angels so kind warm and helpful! (Thank you Donna)
