So I went here thinking my phone was going to have to be sent off to be repaired due to charging port not working. COURTNEY ??????????. Thank you! I got served by Courtney yesterday and as always very professional, efficient and super friendly. She knew exactly what she was doing and managed to set up everything up in no time with plenty information and answered all my questions? I left with my new phone all set up with its new screen protector and case and the transfer which she completed for me was already set up for me when I came back to collect. She will always be my go to, never leave.All the staff in this central Milton Keynes store have great customer service and gets straight to the point - very knowledgable and know their stuff. Good selection of phones, tablets etc in store to look at and the store itself is well kept and kept very clean. thank you mk team.

Saturday 10 Feb 2024...went to change phone on switch up..usually I would apply online with access 4 u team as I'm disabled but for switch up a visit to an o2 shop is needed..On arrival I was met by a very nice lady(sorry forgot name)who was fun to talk to,great sense of humour,knowledgeable,respectful and extremely helpful..also the other members of staff were friendly to talk to and made a point of coming over to say hello even though they were talking to other customers.I felt at ease in an unfamiliar environment instantly and was at no point pressured to agree to make quick decisions.I was able to get the Samsung S24 ultra upgrading from S23 ultra in the colour of my choice although the memory size I wanted was not available..not really a problem.As switch up is essentially a new contract I can honestly say I am pleased that I came to the shop..The lady who served me made sure I got the best deal possible without having to change my airtime..so I still have unlimited plan plus but at a cheaper cost than the original contract..also I was given discounts for having multi contracts with o2 and being a loyal customer.I was also given some concessionary gifts and some good discounts on accessories I chose..I am unable to comment on my new phone as I am still setting it up..I was asked if I would've liked data transfer in store which was a nice idea although I chose to wait til I got home and take my time and do this myself and experiment.the lady was in no way offended by this..I say this as I have known customer agents who would be..I can only say my experience at the o2 shop was excellent..however any experience is yours to make good..BE NICE TO PEOPLE AND THEY WILL RETURN THE SENTIMENT!!!I have to return to this shop in the next few days for the same reasons as my trip today..this time to change my girlfriends phone..unfortunately today it wasn't possible.I AM LOOKING FORWARDS FOR ANOTHER AWESOME TIME IN O2 MILTON KEYNES..THANK YOU SO MUCH THE LADY WHO SERVED ME AND ALL THE OTHER WORKERS AT THIS STORE..P.S..I read a few of previous reviews prior to setting out this morning...some were nowhere close to my fantastic experience..I think some people simply will never be happySorry that some people have nothing better to do than find fault in life..From the man with the mobility scooter..!!!

Went in for an upgrade and the staff could not have made it easier. All done in about half an hour and returned shortly after as all my data has been transferred and the new phone was good to go.

Took out new contracts and got charged a month in advance within 48 hours. When I called the shop they said they could not do anything and to call 202, who did not do anything either.

the assistant manager was rude and the actual manager wouldn't even see a customer because he was eating. working in a retail environment you would think that both would have been trained how to deal with customers and it shows that this is not the case. I would suggest to find a better store to buy or collect your phone from and I would avoid speaking to any of the management team as they clearly do not value customers. Shame that this is now the representation of O2
