My daughter, who was nervous and stressed about her first bra, was helped immensely by first rate help from Tracey at your store. Tracey stepped in, even though we had no appointment and prevented a potential full scale meltdown. Instead my daughter left smiling and happy with exactly what she needed. We can't thank her enough. Excellent service and worth her weight in gold. Thank you Tracey

Had a bra fitting with someone called Sophie who was pretty hostile and rude from the second I walked in and then the "bra fitting" literally involved her slightly measuring then saying "yh it's either this or this size" then leaving without saying anything else meanwhile I could hear her with the person next door going into much more detail, offering to go get her a variety of bras etc and actually giving her the time of day. When I confronted her she essentially gaslighted me and lied to my face by saying that she did get me bras which is absolutely not true! I had to get my mum to help me instead. She did not even apologise or anything. For something like a bra fitting you need staff that make you feel comfortable not staff like Sophie who are rude, unhelpful then try to gaslight you. Extremely strange woman and I hope she changes her behaviour for the sake of future women who go in for bra fittings. Appalling customer service from her. I may make a more formal complaint because she was genuinely horrible. If you go to this M&S for a bra fitting make sure to avoid Sophie unless you want an extremely hostile and uncomfortable experience.

Came 15:45 and many of us was told they?re closing. Mr. C, no ofense, even said they?re closing quarter to today. No disrespect. Either he?s misleading or the website saying closed at 16:00 is a lie. Wish I went to Aldi instead.

It?s 2pm, no rolls available for bacon or sausages, all the sandwiches are on malted brown bread. We ordered a jacket potato to be told that they had run out. Disappointed! Hospitality get a bad rap and this really doesn?t help the cause M&S.

My wife and I are keen supporters of the high street and we always shop on the high street rather than shop online where possible. However, my wife was wrongly accused of shoplifting yesterday at the M&S store in midsummer boulevard, Milton Keynes, when she was in the alcohol aisle and she spilt some water on the floor. She did the decent thing to clean this up and instead of m&s security asking if she was ok, they suspected and accused her of shoplifting of alcohol (without any evidence) as we exited the store. The manager at the time, Lucy, showed lack of customer service skills and didn?t even acknowledge how we were feeling and no apologies but excuses that they do spot checks . It took 10mins to get an apology from the security guard who was at fault and nothing from Lucy. If this the way people are treated then this is why online shopping is far better and people are not being judged of looking like criminals as they walk into a shop. M&S - you can learn some customer service skills from other leading brands who do it better. You have just a long standing customer!

(read to sexy smooth music)Imagine... Strips of bacon that could have come out of a tin, 2 boiled eggs(sorry poached according to menu) anaemic potato rosties, one.. yes one whole mushroom, try to resist the rationed tepid beans and flashbulb toasted bread. This isn't just an ordinary breakfast... This is a M and S over priced breakfast.... Is there a war on, looks like rationings back!Bland bland bland..Going down the road now to get something to eat.Gets 2 stars for the coffee... Nice coffee.

Just recently they have "Beefed" up their security, who seem to enjoy intimidating customers. It's not the right approach to have when there are allready secruity guards in the shopping centre. No need to make it feel like an underground nightclub in some backstreet of london ?

The selection for boys clothes is dismal! The choice is not great, there were only two types of Christmas jumpers... that wasn't very Christmas themed. But I found in comparison to the girls selection with everything, the store hardly does things for the boy selection. It is as if the person in charge of purchasing really doesn't like boys and loves little girls.3 stars fors boys selection was being generous!

LOW-GRADE SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICEOur visit to M&S Foodhall at Centre MK was a total low-grade spectacle. The staff at Customer Services desk are shocking to deal with. It was like being in an expensive version of Poundland.M&S advertise Dine-In for 2 very popularly on TV and elsewhere. What they don't advertise in a clearly understandable and readable language is that you cannot mix the Dine-in-for-2 offers from one section (e.g. Italian) with another section (e.g. Chinese). If you do that, you will be charged the full fee.For an end-customer, all of the items on red tickets are part of Dine-In-For-2 meals - only to realise at the self-checkout that you have been charged much more than the Dine-In-For-2 advertisements! We complained to the Customer Services that this information wasn't clearly advertised. Back in the day, you would get the price and the offer that the item was advertised on the shelf for. But M&S seem to have a new rule - "you're most welcome to get a refund".Other customers were also in the queue at Customer Services Desk complaining about the same thing, and there were quite some heated up scenes where the store manager simply said that the way things are advertised were not his problem! The behaviour of M&S Foodhall management was shocking, and low-grade. That's what I'd expect in places such as Poundland, and it looks like M&S benchmark their management against these low-cost shops.I refuse to go back to M&S Foodhall in Milton Keynes.

Potentially nice breakfast spoiled by poor management in prep room. Varying temperatures of various foods and quite a long wait.
