I can?t be the only person who needs to collect their prescription during their lunch break from work. However Prescriptions apparently cannot be dispensed, even though they are ?ready to collect?, whilst the pharmacist is on their lunch break. Perhaps the pharmacist could consider taking their lunch break outside of the usual lunch hours of 12 pm to 2 pm. Alternatively, surely there is another member of staff who is capable of simply checking peoples name and address to be able to hand the medication over?!

After driving around and around in Milton Keynes looking for a specific medication, I was so thankful that this Lloyd's Pharmacy, The Square, Wolverton MK12 5DG was the only one who had it in stock.The staff were very hospitable and friendly and efficient.I was in and out very quickly.Kudos to them for the great service.

Terrible service!!!Doc sent a prescription to the pharmacy, went to collect it after couple of hours, they received the prescription but refused to get it ready same day even though it was not busy and I was the only customer there, I was told to come next day, and even next day it was not ready

I would give -5 stars review but google doesn't have the option. You call and you ask about something and when you arrive there you speak with robots who are just saying a nice poetry. ? They wanted to give an ointment and when i I said is not for me they said that the person need to come in to buy it. We are talking about a substance for what you don't need prescription. You are manager in a Wolverton pharmacy not the Leader of Pentagon. Well performed costumer service!

The best pharmacy so far. Whenever I had to go there for a prescription they have everything in stock. The staff is lovely, very polite and well trained. ?

Disgraceful service. Never answer the phone. Due to repeated bad experiences I strongly believe staff lie about prescription availability because they are not on top of their admin. Like ever.

Appalling service. Had my prescription for antibiotics for 10 days but 5 visits later I still can't get them as the pharmacist is always on lunch or the place is closed!!! The assistant even tried to lie to me saying they only just had it sent through and showed me the date on it.... it was the printed date not the date it was sent through. I hate being lied to and im not stupid but no apology. Makes my blood boil. Do not bother getting your prescriptions sent here. They don't even deserve 1 star.

Awful service. I needed emergency pain medication and after calling 111 and getting a referral, had to call them to receive my medication. They never answered the phone. They hung up on me multiple, and after a while of calling them, they? taken the phone off the hook so when I did try and call back it just said user busy.I?ve been in there before to get prescriptions and they been days late. Even when I made sure I put it through early they wouldn?t be ready. My advice? Anyone who needs any type of medication urgently or even just on time, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!I had severe tonsillitis before this, so bad I couldnt swallow just plain water, let alone eat. I hadn?t eaten for a fair few days as I hadn?t been able to get to the doctors or pharmacy before this and after a call with 111 telling me I could go to Lloyds and get a consultation as the system said they did those, when I showed up they refused that they could even offer that service at all (I could see the consultation room behind the women at the front desk). She just gave me a numbing throat spray which actually damaged my throat more as I couldn?t tell what kind of damage I was doing to myself. I ended up getting glandular fever because they hadn?t dealt with the issue correctly like 111 had said they would. Lloyds is absolutely awful.

Lloyd?s pharmacy wolverton are PLAYING with vulnerable people?s LIVES! I am a care worker that has worked up and down the country for many years helping elderly vulnerable patients. My experience with Lloyd?s pharmacy wolverton in the last 24 months has been terrible. I work with patients who rely on medication for serious medical condition and 8 out 10 times Lloyd?s pharmacy wolverton has failed to provide a satisfactory service it?s not like an insufficient amount of time has been given to them to prepare repeat prescriptions, I?m regularly in contact with wolverton health centre so I know exactly when the prescriptions were sent over, and it seems unless I?m chasing the pharmacy the prescriptions never get made which is unacceptable, also how can this pharmacy justify telling elderly vulnerable patients who have traveled in the cold to collect medication to come back in the afternoon when they have given plenty of time for items to be made up. I PLEASE request Lloyd?s pharmacy head office to investigate the way this pharmacy is being run and you will soon realise how vulnerable people are being let down and treated.

Awful service recently. The systems are "down" more often than not so prescriptions aren't being sent to them. I got a paper copy from the dr and still for what ever reason that's not good enough.. Now they want to charge me to have it delivered out.
