Great place to buy furniture at best prices. The only one .missing star because of the not so tasty food available at their restaurant but obviously not the main thing they are selling

A store bursting with ideas for the house. You will find furnishings, utensils, Swedish food, and office ideas. Just too much to take in on one visit.

This is the closest location to me. I have shopped here several times. Overall, a sufficient experience for and Ikea. The primary reason for rating is experience in cafe and getting into store.Pros: The store itself was bright as well organized as any other maze of an Ikea could be. There were plenty of trolleys to use, and although it was busy, we didn't have to wait for one. Que to check out went quickly.Cons: The car parks designs are so disjointed and frustratingly difficult to circle back to secure a spot. If you're like most who plan and bring a larger vehicle such as a van or truck, do not expect more generous parking spaces (although they do have loading bays). But finding a spot until you're ready to load is problematic. Second, the cafe was a disaster. While the food itself (when we finally got it) was tasty and cheap, the que and process to pay were disorganized and slow. Many people left trays of items and walked out; it was so bad. Similarly, the refresh rate of the display coolers was lacking.Overall, I would recommend this location only out of necessity. If you can order for pickup to ensure your item will be available and you won't get stuck with a half supplied project.

went to the bistro at 12pm when they first opened, a lot of food items were not ?unlocked? on the kiosk, and the sauce was nowhere to be seen. food was hot, but staff were slow. everything should?ve been prepared and ready to go at 12 o?clock, especially on a monday.

I like this one more than the old Cov store. It's closer to Rugby and easier to get to than Wednesday one. Some MK drivers were crazy dangerous so watch for them. The store is fine and easier to escape and navigate than other ikeas I've been to. They had a few sales pieces too so got some mirrors and frames at decent prices. Worth the effort on the M1.

Fast and no problem with returning items

I returned home to find an item damaged (top plank of wood on a shelving unit). They replaced it without any issue.Ikea itself is okay. It's good to walk around and see ideas as they have bedrooms, kitchens, etc set up as examples. The downsides are that it's basically a 1 way system, you can't pop in to grab something without waking a marathon. Also, their cafe is often very busy - better to take a packed lunch (kidding, kinda...).

Oh horrid meal salmon was so dry and tasteless the peas was hard and the potato mash was flavourless. The cup of water was ok. I will not waste my money again in there
