Fantastic customer service. I walked into the branch without an appointment and with a few queries. The Branch Manager gave me his time and resolved the problems and providing me with good information for the future. It was great to be able to have face to face contact.

Arrived 2 minutes to 3 after rushing through the center. I just needed a bank statement as the useless app wasnt working either.I just had the door shut in my face with no remorse. Extremely disappointed

I never felt so welcome into a bank ,like I did in Halifax Milton Keynes.As a first time costumer I never expected such a warm welcome.Especially from Yemi she was amazing n so helpful. People Halifax is the bank to use ????

Having been with this bank for 30 years,we have closed our account,due to the media managers comments.On closing the account there was not one attempt to say sorry you are leaving.Cusromer service is dead with the banking fat cats!

I am trying to open A bank account for my grandson . I have to visit the branch as he doesn't live with me . The costumers service is dreadful there was only one person to deal all enquires . I have to wait for over a month to speak to someone just to open a bank account its a joke ! Tried online but thats even worse because nobody available to speak to me at that time they hung up not once but three times .Obviously don't need new business .

The worst customer service. They have blocked my account for every transaction that I make with the excuses that the amount is too big even if it is just 10£. Unfortunately I doesn't give me the opinion of 0 stars so u do them the favour and put just one. Stay away from them

Absolute joke your banks are shut on the weekend. What do expect people to do who work Monday-Friday. Obviously you don't care. You can't even reset your phone number over the phone another absolute joke you have a customer service team that is supposed to help you over the phone yet can't do anything over the phone. Counter productive and a waste of time. Defeats the whole object.

Didnt have a problem on my first visit, the staff that dealt with me were really polite and friendly, very short wait time. i think the associate/worker was called Sophie, she was really helpful and assisted me in dealing with my request, many thanks!
