“Popped in to grab a card for a friend and some balloons for my son. I was greeted by two ladies (Laura and Heidi I think). They were super helpful and showed me exactly what I was looking for. Where there weren’t the exact things that I wanted, they were really helpful in suggesting good alternatives.Given card factory is a chain, the prices are what they are. It’s the customer service that sets this branch apart. Will definitely come back!”
