“First time playing three locks in around 25 years. The course has matured lovely, greens and fairways in great nick. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only negative was slow play. Myself and my playing partner were walking and we had 2, 2 balls in front both with buggy’s and a clear course ahead of them. Two hours, fifteen minutes is not acceptable in these circumstances to play 6 holes and not even consider letting a faster 2 ball play though. We eventually got through both groups on the 8th after having to ask to play through. The remaining holes took us under 2 hours. What should have been a good day was tarnished by slow play.Three locks please have a look and think about how to speed slow players up.”
