They listened to everything I said and made sure they only suggested bags that were suitable for what I was looking for. “Took my 5 year old daughter to get her ears pierced. So many people said what ever you do don’t go to Claire’s. Not sure why. She had a wonderful experience. I could not fault Sarah one single bit. She made the whole experience fun and took time to explain everything. I would highly recommend Claire’s. Bit pricey but I didn’t mind that aS my daughter was 100% at ease.”

“Haven't been here fore a while but can see It has improved. A few comments is that the till area is a bit dated and old, the fitting rooms need signs and need more Jean variations not great fitting and sizes.”
