Queue takes too long and the staff arent any good at managing it. I thought company policy was to have a buyers lane but its not exercised at this store. The guys at Bletchley branch are better

Viewed an item in person and then immediately purchased the item online as to gain better consumer protections.After just over an hour had passed (after going home as the store assistant stated no order has come through) I received a cancellation email stating the phone could not be sourced or was too damaged to sell.I returned to the store immediately and brought the item in person.I then contacted customer services to ask why the order was cancelled and they've just outright lied stating the phone could not be located or it was too damaged to sell.The irony being I sent the initial and follow up emails on the device I was told they couldn't sell me.Don't blatantly lie, it's a bad look.

CEX stores are great, you can pick up some real bargains. But the checkout queues are painful. There's always lots of staff, but every transaction in the queue seems to take forever.

Poorly slow. Every single time I enter the shop. The line is long. And the reps are extremely slow.

Weekends are fairly busy, hence the location. They have a fair amount of phones, and most come with a good long warranty. Parking is easy around.

Traded my ps4 last year, after checking it for 2 hours they said it?s ?broken?. It was complete nonsense as I used it the same morning. Went Game next door and after checking it they it?s ok and they gave me an offer!

Terrible customer service. It?s 7pm on a Wednesday, there?s like 4 people in the store, three staff, and I?ve been waiting 10 minutes to be served. The staff don?t say anything about the wait. Never experienced anything this bad in a store before.I asked a staff member (bald guy with a beard) if he could serve me. He pretended that opening another till was impossible despite their being 5 available tills
