Well done Nick for sharing your knowledge and expertise in helping us choose the right gas fire to replace an old one. Superb job fitting it. Bit of a hiccup with the supplier sending the wrong glass front but thanks to the superb customer service from Yvonne and Nick it was all quickly resolved.Delighted with our new high efficiency gas fire. Love it. Very happy customer.

Burning Inspiratoins did a great job of supply & installation of our Stovax Futura 5 Wood burner. They removed the old Gas fire, creating a false chimney breast & brick slips as per our design including creating all the hidden cabling channels etc for TV mounting. Really pleased with all of the team.

Very pleased with our new wood burning stove. Who knew we would use it so much in Spring!We knew from the outset that installation would not be straight forward, because of what was there - and what wasn't. The team did a fine job - very professional and tidy.

Really pleased with our purchase from Burning inspirations. Lisa was extremely knowledgeable in the shop and pointed us in the right direction of which log burner would be suitable for our room. Lisa provided a rough figure for how much the burner & installation cost would be and then following a site visit a full quote was provided.Today the burner has been fitted, great job done by the fitters who arrived early, took care & attention in our home and cleaned up afterwards. They talked us through how to use the burner prior to leaving. Overall very impressed and happy with the experience.

Lisa was absolutely brilliant at helping us select the right product for our space - took the time to show us different options and in the end took one of their display model packages. The fitters were polite, helpful, thorough and cleaned up perfectly. Would highly recommend!

Unfortunately my experience was tough and drawn out. Long wait for the quote, fire to be fitted, then issues with the gas piping not being secured to a good standard.Then we realised there was a freezing draft coming through the vents on the fire. This needed fixing asap as my house was cold and I had to wrap my fire in a blanket. I?d explained this to the office but Nick was no where to be seen. Yvonne (who was outstanding) explained she had called him on numerous occasions and apologised on his behalf. Eventually, I got a call from Nick and he arrived yesterday for a job that took 15mins.However, what startled me and made me write this review was he thought he could enter my back garden and into my home, without knocking or letting me know he was here. Before I knew it he was stood in my kitchen. I found this extremely intrusive. I have had tons of workmen carry out jobs in my home but I have never had anyone arrive to do work and just let themselves in!Now fixed, my fire is wonderful and I?m really happy with it but it has been a tricky road.Entering a customers home without letting them know, for me, is shocking, therefore I can only give two stars.

Great knowledgeable service from Lisa and the team.There is a huge selection on view at the showroom and some are even alight to show full effect.Our selection was delivered and fitted on the day we requested Ashley the fitter arrived at 9am and finished fitting the fire and an outside 7 metre flue..the same day.We lit the woodburner very environmentally friendly the day after according to Ashley's helpful demonstration it is a delight and the lounge is so so cosy.Couldn't recommend enough the slate hearth supplied really sets off the fire..We are delighted. ?

I visited the showroom a couple of times, initially looking for a gas fire and then, after deciding against that, an electric fire.They have a lot of options on offer, all of which are from large reputable brands. It is a real benefit they are plumbed in / wired-up, making comparisons on both a performance and aesthetic level quick and easy.Both Nick and Lisa were very helpful, providing lots of advice. Had I been left to my own devices I would have purchased a more expensive gas fire that width-wise would have been great, but too powerful for the room, and so hardly used. In the end Lisa helped me chose an electric fire that will provide the centre-piece effect I am after and, when needed, heat-on-demand.From time of order to delivery was just over a week, with Nick and his colleague helping me to bring the fire into the house - which at just over 100kg required a bit of lifting!All in all I had a good experience with Burning Inspirations. I would not hesitate to recommend the showroom for the breadth of fires on display and both Nick and Lisa for their unbiased advice and service.I'll add a picture once the fire is installed!

Lisa took time to show us the different appliance options in the showroom and was willing to light appliances to show us how they looked when working.Plenty of different surround and hearth options available to look at which make choosing easier.Log burner was ordered and a fitting date agreed but this was delayed by two weeks due to a hold up in delivery from Sweden, this was communicated and explained to us.Ash and Reece did a fantastic job with the installation, courteous, respectful of the furniture and always explaining what they were doing and why, excellent service all round

AWFUL EXPERIENCEI visited Burning Inspirations today to get a ballpark figure for installation of a stove, to get some ideas on what we wanted and if all went well, make a purchase!The place is situated in a beautiful location, and there are a load of different stoves on display that are lit, and can be lit, to show you what they're like.When we arrived we were greeted by Lisa who is the partner of Nick, they both own and run the business. Lisa was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, had a lot of experience with the stoves, she knew about the products, stock levels, accessories, the installations and she answered every question (both stupid and technical) I had - and even had photographs of various installations to back up what she was talking about and to explain or demonstrate a point.Part of the reason for the visit was to get a ballpark figure for an installation of the flue - I'll be honest, I was going ahead regardless but I just wanted to work the maths out in my head whilst I was there). She spoke to her partner Nick who had a better understanding of the installs - he just walked away. She gave me an approximate figure but said she needed to double check with Nick.On THREE different occasions I asked for a rough estimate using the photographs I took with me (the photo's Nick asked me to take in when on the phone two days prior to my visit FOR AN ESTIMATE!) but each time I was ignored.Lisa then asked Nick if he could give an approximate price, they were both in another room, Nick asked who it was for, Lisa pointed us out, Nick just replied "urghhhh" and walked away. Lisa then went to help another customer but as it happened my son was standing in the same room and heard the entire conversation, including Nick's response. Of course he swiftly reported back to us.If you're spending £5000 or £6000 on something like this, you would expect - at VERY least - a little bit of respect, decency and courtesy.Lisa was absolutely fantastic. She works hard, she knew all the answers, she went and got prices of stoves I asked for and was very polite and accommodating, offering a great service. Nick on the hand? He was just plain rude!After an hour and a half of being there, speaking to Lisa and being reassured by her knowledge and experience I was reaching for my card to buy an absolutely beautiful Contura 510G stove but after hearing what my son had to say about Nick's attitude, I walked out!!It's such a shame because I have seen previous negative reviews on Google Maps, reading about other people's frustrations and disappointment and Nick always comes up as the issue. I wonder if he wasn't in the shop if the business would do better and make more sales! Despite the reviews, I visited to give them the benefit of doubt but I wish I hadn't wasted my fuel!Since speaking to Nick on Thursday, I was really excited to visit and to have to look around, to get a feel for the stoves with the intention of buying one. I'll be taking my business elsewhere now. THOROUGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!If it wasn't for Lisa, this would be a 1 star rating!
